What motivates us when we say we want to lose weight? Why, what’s driving us? For whom, for what?
Losing weight doesn’t start with some diet.A diet really begins in our thoughts and with our emotions.
There is only one motivation that can support the weight struggle till the end, namely: I DESERVE IT. I deserve to be healthier, I deserve to get rid of the 10-20 pounds I carry with me pointlessly wherever I go. I deserve to look better, I deserve to feel better.
Why? Not because it has to be so, but because it is the only power that will support the transformation, the change that I want to see in the end (losing weight, maintaining the right weight, healthy lifestyle).
